		<description>I am by no means an expert on this issue and honestly i just skimmed the article. (will read it later) .... I am someone who is directly affected by music piracy, but never mentioned. I work in the Recording industry. In the 10+ years since napster brought us free music, budgets to make it have been slashed a million times over. i have seen too many co workers and friends loose their lively hoods, so many amazing studios close their doors, many many talented people who live to make music struggling to find a job at places like guitar center. Record store upon record stores have closed, and royalty checks are worth less than the paper they&#039;re printed on.. But the very worst part, is that the major labels still control the industry and the quality of music is at an all time low.
